Where do you ship?
The 50 US states and D.C. See the shipping policy for PO boxes and rangefinders.
How do I return something?
Email support@fairwayco.golf within 30 days. Unused items with packaging. Worn gloves and used balls are final sale unless defective.
Do you price-match?
Not as a standing policy. If an item is defective or not as described, we make it right.
Is slope legal in tournaments?
Often no. Turn the external slope switch off. Confirm with the committee.
How do I pay?
Pay by invoice only. After you check out we email an invoice. We ship when payment clears. We do not take cards on the site.
How do I unsubscribe?
Every marketing email has a link, or use /unsubscribe. Account holders can also toggle marketing under Privacy & email.
