Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to start a return of unused items in original packaging. Gloves that have been worn on course, used balls, and personalized goods are final sale unless defective.

Email support@fairwayco.golf with your order number. We send a prepaid US label for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is your cost unless the item was not as described.

Refunds are issued against the original invoice within 5–10 business days after we inspect the return. Store credit is available if you prefer. Promotional discounts are deducted from the refund.

Warranty: rangefinders carry a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Drops and water damage are not covered. Contact support@fairwayco.golf with photos and the serial/SKU.
